Tournament schedule:
- Tournaments in short and long distance, separated into single and double.
- The tournament schedule and program are finalized after registrations.
Information:
Singles: Pitchers take turns tossing 10 times – 2 throws at a time (all in all 20 horseshoes per person).
Double: Team take turn tossing 10 times – 1 throw per person at a time (a total of 20 throws per team).
The pitcher/team with the most points after 20 throws or getting 40 points is declared the winner.
Scoring
- 1 point: Horseshoe lands within a 1,8-meter diameter circle (including horseshoe landing on the line).
- 2 points: Horseshoe lands on the or touches the inner circle (diameter 0,6 m).
- 3 points: Horseshoe lands inside the inner circle.
- 4 points: Horseshoe touches the spike.
- 5 points: Horseshoe lands around the spike. Only counted if the horseshoe surrounds the spike, not if the outside of the horseshoe touches the spike.
Throws outside the circles do not score points.
Equipment and requirements:
The organization will make horseshoes available to participants.
